Resumen
Partiendo del reconocimiento de la necesidad de perfeccionar el desempeño del rol del dirigente estudiantil de las residencias de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (UCLV), nuestra investigación se plantea como objetivo determinar el contenido de la matriz de exigencias de la actividad para el rol de dirigente estudiantil en la Residencia de la UCLV.
Este estudio desarrollado en el período comprendido entre diciembre de 2013 y mayo de 2014, se fundamenta en el enfoque metodológico cualitativo, focalizando la perspectiva de los sujetos del contexto estudiado para la obtención de los datos. Por ello la unidad de análisis, estuvo conformada por Dirigentes Estudiantiles e Instructores Educativos.
Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: el análisis de documentos oficiales, observación participante, entrevista semiestructurada y la entrevista grupal.
Los principales resultados obtenidos se refieren a: participar en la gestión de la actuación coherente entre la dirección profesional y la estudiantil; Planificar, implementar y evaluar actividades extracurriculares que contribuyan a la formación integral de los becarios; contribuir al mejoramiento de las relaciones de convivencia; propiciar la solución de necesidades de los estudiantes, asociadas a su permanencia en la residencia y estimular la identificación y compromiso de los estudiantes con el espacio físico y normativo de la misma, como las actividades esenciales que exige el rol de Dirigente Estudiantil.
Dichos resultados deben ser tenidos en cuenta por la dirección de la residencia estudiantil y la FEU de la UCLV, para el perfeccionamiento de la selección, formación y evaluación de los Dirigentes estudiantiles en este contexto.
Leaving from the recognition of the necessity of perfecting the student leader performing in the residences of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (UCLV), our investigation thinks about as objective to determine the content of the womb of demands of the activity for student leader's role in the Residence of the UCLV. This study, developed in the period understood between December of 2013 and May of 2014, is based in the qualitative methodological focus, centering the perspective of those subject of the context studied for the obtaining of the data. For it, the analysis unit was composed by Student Leaders and Educational Instructors. The used techniques were: the analysis of official documents, participant observation, semi-structured interviews and the group interview. The main obtained results refer to: to participate in the administration of the coherent performance between the professional direction and the student one; To plan, to implement and to evaluate extracurricular activities that contribute to the integral formation of the scholarship holders; to contribute to the improvement of the relationships of coexistence; to propitiate the solution of the students' necessities, associated to their permanency in the residence and to stimulate the identification and the students' commitment with the physical and normative space of the same one, as the essential activities that it demands Student Leader's role. This results should be kept in mind by the student´s residence direction and the FEU of the UCLV, for the improvement of the selection, formation and evaluation of the student Leaders in this context.
