Resumen
El presente trabajo titulado “Propuesta de actividades físico-recreativas, para la
educación sexual de adolescentes con retraso mental leve, propone un conjunto de
actividades que permita la educación sexual de los adolescentes. El trabajo se apoya
en la aplicación de métodos de investigación tales como: del nivel empírico: la
observación, la entrevista, la encuesta, análisis de documentos, métodos de nivel
teórico el analítico-sintético, histórico- lógico, inductivo -deductivo y métodos
estadísticos y de procesamiento matemático. Se enmarca en el proceso de
educación integral de los adolescentes con retraso mental leve, respondiendo a la
línea de investigación de la educación de la sexualidad en vínculo con el proyecto
de “Atención a individuos con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE)”. Se
organiza a partir de un diagnóstico, que permite evaluar las características
individuales y grupales de la población objeto de estudio, a partir de lo cual se
propone un conjunto de actividades físico-recreativas, las cuales son valoradas y
contrastadas con la situación inicial. La aplicación de la propuesta que despertó la
motivación de los alumnos de la escuela especial, permitió elevar el caudal de
conocimiento de los adolescentes, profesores y familiares, así como la percepción
de riesgos en los adolescentes de la escuela especial “9 de abril” en la educación
sexual, además de enfrentar la sexualidad humana y mejorar la comunicación sobre
la vida sexual, afectiva en un clima de confianza y aceptación humana.
