Propuesta de modernización del Taller “El Vaquerito” en la Empresa de Construcción y Montaje Villa Clara (ECM VC)

Abstract

En la presente investigación se realiza una propuesta de modernización del Taller “El Vaquerito” perteneciente a la Empresa de Construcción y Montaje Villa Clara (ECM VC) dirigida fundamentalmente a la contribución del desarrollo social del territorio. Toda la investigación está respaldada por un amplio análisis bibliográfico, que brinda todo el sustento tanto teórico como metodológico para el desarrollo del trabajo. Se indican todos los puntos favorables a la ejecución de la propuesta y la conveniencia para la empresa. Partiendo de un estudio del levantamiento del estado técnico de las máquinas herramienta del taller, teniendo en cuenta la cantera de productos a realizar y las principales operaciones tecnológicas para la fabricación de cada producto, se hace un estudio detallado sobre el análisis de oferta, demanda y precios teniendo en cuenta el nivel de producción que se quiere alcanzar. Una vez concluida las etapas anteriores se realiza una propuesta para la modernización del taller, para así ilustrar el comportamiento del taller en el escenario que quiere alcanzar.

In this research, a proposal is made to modernize the workshop “El Vaquerito” belonging to the Villa Clara Construction and Assembly Company (ECM VC) aimed fundamentally at the contribution of the social development of the territory. All the research is supported by an extensive bibliographic analysis, which provides all the theoretical and methodological support for the development of the work. All the points favorable to the execution of the project and the convenience for the company are indicated. Starting from a study of the survey of the technical state of the machine tools of the workshop, taking into account the quarry of products to be carried out and the main technological operations for the manufacture of each product, a detailed study is made on the analysis of supply, demand and prices taking into account the level of production to be achieved. Once the previous stages have been completed, a proposal is made for the modernization of the workshop, and thus illustrate the behavior of the workshop in the scenario to be achieved.
