Estudio de factibilidad Técnico-Económico de la producción nacional de cementos petroleros

Abstract

El Centro de Investigaciones y Desarrollo de Estructuras y Materiales (CIDEM) de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (UCLV), en conjunto a la Fábrica de cemento Siguaney, de Sancti Spíritus, trabajan en la formulación de un cemento petrolero sustituyendo el contenido de clinker por arcilla calcinada hasta un 15%. La adición debe conferirle propiedades al cemento resultante, que favorezcan su uso en la industria petrolera en el proceso de cementación. Esta posible formulación de un cemento petrolero de facturación nacional, necesita de un análisis de factibilidad técnica y económica en su proceso de obtención. Para la realización del mismo se evalúan en este trabajo ocho escenarios de producción, comparando sus resultados de eficiencia energética, emisión de CO2 y costos de producción con el P-350 producido en Siguaney, determinando la idoneidad de las variantes propuestas.
