Abstract
En el trabajo se presenta una propuesta preliminar para el reordenamiento y organización de la red de talleres de mantenimiento y reparación del transporte automotor de la Empresa Provincial de Transporte de Sancti Spíritus. Se exponen los resultados de un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la red de talleres de mantenimiento de parque automotor y las marcadas deficiencias debeladas que provocan la baja vitalidad y deficiente funcionabilidad de la generalidad de los talleres. En consecuencia, se presenta una propuesta para el reordenamiento de toda la red de 28 talleres y del parque automotor de la provincia con vistas a lograr una revitalización de la red y rescatar la aplicación de un sistema de Mantenimiento Preventivo Planificado. Para una mejor racionalidad en los sistemas de abastecimiento técnico y de explotación del parque, se hace una división del territorio de la provincia en cuatro zonas y se precisa el tipo y nivel complejidad de los servicios técnicos de cada taller y el parque a atender, finalmente se expone la propuesta de organización y cálculo de las diferentes áreas y/o secciones del taller como ensayo de una metodología que se propone aplicar a todos los talleres de la red.
The paper presents a preliminary proposal for the reorganization and organization of the network of maintenance and repair workshops for the automotive transport of the Provincial Transport Company of Sancti Spíritus. The results of a diagnosis of the current situation of the network of garage maintenance workshops and the marked deficiencies caused by the low vitality and poor functionality of the workshops are exposed. Consequently, a proposal is presented for the reorganization of the entire network of 28 workshops and the automotive park of the province with a view to achieving a revitalization of the network and rescuing the application of a Planned Preventive Maintenance system. For a better rationality in the systems of technical supply and exploitation of the park, a division of the territory of the province into four zones is made and the type and level of complexity of the technical services of each workshop and the park to be attended is specified, finally the proposal of organization and calculation of the different areas and / or sections of the workshop is exposed as a test of a methodology that is proposed to apply to all workshops in the network.
