Resumen
La investigación aborda una problemática
de interés para el desarrollo del sistema educativo cubano y la calidad de los
servicios que se ofrecen, a partir de asumirse el proceso de inclusión educativa
como práctica social que cobra cada día mayor auge a nivel internacional y en
nuestro modelo se atempera a las condiciones objetivas del desarrollo
socioeconómico, constatadas desde la práctica laboral investigativa en la escuela
primaria “13 de Marzo” del municipio de Santa Clara en la que se encuentra
incluido un escolar con Retraso Secundario del Lenguaje asociado a Síndrome de
Down. Se plantea como objetivo general proponer una estrategia que favorezca la
inclusión educativa del escolar antes mencionado, utilizándose diferentes
métodos del proceder investigativo: teóricos y empíricos, significándose la
utilización del estudio de caso por permitir la organización, análisis e integración
de los resultados a partir del estudio profundo del escolar seleccionado,
arribándose a la determinación de fortalezas y necesidades que propiciaron la
propuesta de una estrategia que favorezca la inclusión educativa desde la escuela
primaria insertada al tercer perfeccionamiento educacional, desde enero de 2017.
La utilización de los criterios ofrecidos por especialistas permitió su
perfeccionamiento. Se arriba a conclusiones generalizadoras. Posee un cuerpo de
anexos debidamente organizado que facilita la comprensión del informe. La
investigación se asocia al Grupo Científico Estudiantil “La inclusión socioeducativa
de los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en Villa Clara”.
The research addresses a problem of interest for the development of the Cuban educational system and the quality of the services offered, from the assumption of the process of educational inclusion as a social practice that is gaining increasing momentum at the international level and in our model. atempera to the objective conditions of socioeconomic development, verified from the investigative work practice in the primary school "March 13" of the municipality of Santa Clara in which is included a school with Secondary Language Delay associated with Down Syndrome. The general objective is to propose a strategy that favors the educational inclusion of the aforementioned scholar, using different methods of research: theoretical and empirical, meaning the use of the case study to allow the organization, analysis and integration of the results from the In-depth study of the selected student, arriving at the determination of strengths and needs that led to the proposal of a strategy that promotes educational inclusion from primary school inserted to the third educational improvement, since January 2017. The use of the criteria offered by specialists allowed its improvement. We arrive at generalizing conclusions. It has a body of annexes duly organized that facilitates the understanding of the report. The research is associated with the Student Scientific Group "The socio-educational inclusion of schoolchildren with special educational needs in Villa Clara".
