The structural configuration of the had tubular electrodes offers an attractive field of investigation metalúrgica and technological in the welding wet subacuática. For this reason, in the work the experiments are presented developed with had tubular electrodes whose it loads aleante it is integrated by ferromanganeso, nickel sínter, iron oxide and aluminum, using a lining rutílico (6013). Four mixtures of powders were formulated, with which the nuclei of the tubular wires were manufactured that later on were had by means of immersion, being finally waterproofed with a varnish elaborated starting from expanded poliestireno dissolved in an organic solvent. The deposits were carried out in a pool, with a layer of water of 50 cm, using a source of direct current, being observed a good stability of the electric arch, as well as a good detachment of the scum. To the obtained deposits he/she was carried out the chemical characterization and metalográfica.
