Exploración del clima organizacional del telecentro Telecubanacán en la unidad presupuestada de Santa Clara

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en el período comprendido desde Febrero hasta Mayo del
2019 en el telecentro Telecubanacán de la unidad presupuestada de Santa Clara, ubicado en
complejo cultural Abel Santamaría, provincia Villa Clara. Se persiguió como objetivo
caracterizar el clima organizacional del telecentro Telecubanacán en la Unidad Presupuestada
de Santa Clara. La muestra quedó conformada por 8 trabajadores del telecentro. Se utilizó
una metodología cualitativa con un alcance exploratorio y el Estudio de Caso Único como
método de investigación. Se emplearon como técnicas el análisis de documentos oficiales, la
Entrevista semi estructurada y en profundidad, observación semiestructurada y para el
procesamiento de la información la triangulación de la información. Los principales
resultados denotaron que el clima organizacional presente en el telecentro Telecubanacán es
valorado por parte de los trabajadores como funcional, así como los aspectos que estructuran
el mismo: comunicación y dirección. En el análisis se pudo comprobar la presencia de un
clima participativo consultivo con manifestaciones de autocracia
The present investigation was carried out in the period from February to May 2019 in the Telecubanacán telecentre of the Budgeted Unit of Santa Clara, located in the Abel Santamaría Cultural Complex, Villa Clara province. The objective was to characterize the organizational climate of the Telecubanacán telecentre in the Budget Unit of Santa Clara. The sample was conformed by 8 telecentre workers. A qualitative methodology with an exploratory scope and the Single Case Study as a research method were used. Analysis of official documents, semi structured and in-depth interviews were used as techniques, also semi-structured observation and information triangulation for information processing. The main results showed that the organizational climate present in the Telecubanacán telecentre is valued by the workers as functional, as well as the aspects that structure it: communication and direction. In the analysis it was possible to verify the presence of a participatory consultative climate with manifestations of autocracy
