Resumen
El mundo actual vive; ciertas cosas siguen preocupaciones constantes para las generaciones
futuras venir, hay una crisis energética más grande que ha conocido la historia de la
Humanidad, un agotamiento del combustible fósil que se usa en cada faceta de la vida y cada
día esta situación se empeora; puede indicarse a la situación ambiental. Este uso irracional de
estas fuentes de energía puede contribuirse a muchos aspectos de vida, uno de éstos es la
fabricación industrial / procesando, dentro de esta categoría la producción de materiales de la
construcción está. Este sector se considera como uno de los consumidores altos de recursos
naturales, así como provocar daño alto debido contaminado gastado y los gases produjeron.
El presente trabajo aborda el estudio del proceso productivo del combinado de cerámica roja
de Manicaragua con vistas a la introducción en un futuro cercano del carbonato de calcio
como aditivo fundente en la fabricación de los ladrillos de cerámica roja que se producen en
esa fábrica, con vistas a elevar la eficiencia energética durante su proceso de fabricación, sin
que se afecten las propiedades del mismo.
El trabajo se estructuró en: Introducción, 3 capítulos, conclusiones, recomendaciones,
bibliografía y anexos. En el Capítulo I se expone de manera clara y precisa la situación sobre
el estado del arte, el Capítulo II se muestran los pasos seguidos en el estudio del proceso de
cocción de los hornos artesanales de la fábrica, así como la descripción del proceso
productivo de la misma, y el Capítulo III se exponen los resultados del estudio realizado en el
Capítulo II. Después, se muestran las conclusiones en las que se presentan los resultados
más relevantes del trabajo, en las recomendaciones se proponen las sugerencias a tener en
cuenta a la hora de aplicar los resultados en la práctica y en próximos trabajos de
investigación sobre el tema y la bibliografía se presenta de acuerdo con las normas vigentes y
constituye una recopilación de la literatura consultada para la realización del trabajo.
The current world lives; certain things remains constant concerns for the future generations to come, there is the biggest energy crisis that has ever been known in Humanity's history, an exhaustion of the fossil fuel that is used in each facet of the life and every day this situation gets worse; it can be indicated to the environmental situation. This irrational use of these energy sources can be contributed to many aspects of life, one of these is the industrial production, and inside this category is the production of materials for construction. This sector is considered like one of the highest consumers of natural resources, as well as cause damage evoirmental due high pollution and the gases produced. The present work approaches the study of the productive process of the red ceramic bricks of Manicaragua with a view to the introduction in a near future of the carbonate of calcium preservative in the production of the red ceramic bricks that takes place in that factory, with a view to elevating the energy efficiency during its process of production, without the properties of the same one are affected. The work was structured in: Introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes. In the Chapter I is exposed in a clear and precise way the situation on the state of the art, the Chapter II the steps are shown continued in the study of the process of cooking of the handmade ovens of the factory, as well as the description of the productive process of the same one, and the Chapter III the results of the study are exposed carried out in the Chapter II. Then, the conclusions are shown in those that the most excellent results in the work are presented, in the recommendations they intend the suggestions to keep in mind when applying the results in the practice and in next investigation works on the topic and the bibliography is presented of agreement with the effective norms and it constitutes a summary of the literature consulted for the realization of the work.
