The underwater wet welding, using the manual process with had electrode (SMAW), it is at the moment the technique more employee to carry out repair works under conditions underwater wet welding, due to the maneuverability characteristics of the technique (technology). Starting from the Metalographic characterization and micro hardness tests for a welding feigned underwater to 50 meters deep, with several test tubes of the same material, it is possible to obtain a series of results, related with the different micro hardness values in the ZAC. In the area of t hick grains micro hardness values are reached above the 390 HV and with the help of the program image j, is considered the geometric parameters of the I deposit.
