Análisis y Evaluación del Nuevo Generador de Vapor con un quemador adaptado en la Pasteurizadora de Placetas

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo suplir la demanda máxima de generación de
vapor de la Empresa ¨UBE. Pasteurizadora Cubanacán¨, localizada en el Municipio de
Placetas en la provincia de Villa Clara, Cuba, a partir de la puesta en marcha de un
generador de vapor de nacionalidad Española que le fue adaptado un quemador que
venía instalado en un generador de cuatro toneladas de capacidad de nacionalidad
Italiana para suplir las necesidades en el área de producción. Para el diagnóstico y
caracterización del estado actual del sistema de generación de vapor se realizó una
valoración de dicha área constatándose deficiencias en el estado estructural del antiguo generador, por lo que se justifica plenamente, basado en el cálculo de la
eficiencia tanto por el método directo como el indirecto, así como desde el punto de
vista económico y ambiental la puesta en marcha de un nuevo generador. Como
resultados fundamentales de la aplicación de la metodología utilizada se tiene que la
eficiencia de la adaptación, trabajando a plena capacidad se corresponde con lo
esperado, es decir, la eficiencia del generador como dato de chapa es de un 85 % y la
adaptación es de un 84 % para el flujo máximo de combustible que suministra el
quemador.
Se valora el rendimiento del mismo para el consumo de la fábrica que se necesita en la
actualidad, correspondiendo al 72 % También se valoró las emisiones de gases de
efecto invernadero a la atmósfera comparándolas con las normas cubanas que rigen
estas emisiones.
The present work has as objective to replace the maximum demand of generation of steam of the Company ¨ UBE. Pasteurizadora Cubanacán¨, located in the Municipality of Placetas in the country of Villa Clara, Cuba, starting from the starting of a steam generator of Spanish nationality that was adapted a burner that it came installed in a generator of four tons of capacity of Italian nationality to replace the necessities production area. For the diagnose and characterization of the current state of the system of generation of steam was carried out a assessment of this area being verified deficiencies in the structural state of the old generator, for what is justified fully, based in the determination of the efficiency for the direct method as the indirect one, as well as from the economic and environmental point of view the starting of a new generator. As fundamental results of the application of the utilized methodology, the efficiency of the adaptation working to full capacity belongs together with that waited, that is to say, the efficiency of the generator s of 85 % and the adaptation is of 84 % for the maximum flow of fuel that gives the burner. It is valued the yield of the same one for the consumption of the factory that is needed at the present time; corresponding to 72 % you also value the emissions of gases of greenhouse effect to the atmosphere comparing them with the Cuban standards that govern these emissions.
