Estudio sobre el comportamiento del tiempo y el costo en las obras de construcción

Abstract

En la construcción existen aspectos muy importantes como el tiempo y el costo que son objetivos fundamentales de un proyecto y están a la par de los materiales de la construcción y las nuevas tecnologías, que hacen que las construcciones sean cada vez más fáciles y rápidas. No parece explicable como las nuevas técnicas no logran optimizar al máximo el tiempo programado y el presupuesto fijado al inicio de cada nuevo proyecto y que la mayoría de las obras no cuenten con proyectos de organización de obra. Lo antes mencionado tiende a manifestarse fundamentalmente en países con economías y mercados débiles, aun cuando la premisa de cualquier empresa constructora es terminar una obra en el menor tiempo y costo posible. Tomando estos aspectos como punto de partida se realizó la siguiente investigación, que consta de un primer capítulo donde se realiza un análisis conceptual de los objetivos costo y tiempo, lo que permitió analizar su comportamiento en el entorno mundial. Además se realizó un segundo capítulo donde se realizó un estudio de estos objetivos en Cuba en especial en obras de la región central del país, lo que permitió en un tercer capítulo mediante encuestas conocer los resultados reales del comportamiento de los mismos, formulando posteriormente conclusiones y recomendaciones para la solución de la problemática detectada.

In the construction they exist aspects like the time and the cost that have left degrading to the step of the years, with a great contradiction with the advances that you they come arising in the world of the materials of the construction and the new technologies that make that the constructions are every time but easy and quick. It doesn't seem accountable as the new techniques they are not able to optimize to the maximum the programmed time and the budget fixed to the beginning of each new project and that most of the works don't have projects of work organization. Him before mentioned he/she spreads to show fundamentally in countries with economies and weak markets, still when the premise of any company manufacturer is to finish a work in the smallest time and possible cost. Taking these aspects like starting point was carried out the following investigation that consists of a first chapter where he/she is carried out a conceptual analysis of the objective cost and time, what will allow to analyze its behavior in the world environment. He/she was also carried out a second chapter where one carries out a study of these objectives in the works, what allowed in a third chapter by means of surveys to know the real results of the behavior of the same ones in our country, formulating conclusions and recommendations later on for the solution of the detected problem.
