Resumen
El proceso de Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en la actualidad reviste gran
importancia para adolescentes y jóvenes ya que la misma permite tomar
conciencia y valorar sus intereses, encontrándose en el Colegio de Preparatoria
para Carreras Pedagógicas y Ciencias Básicas este proceso afectado, lo cual
establece un desafío a enfrentar por la Educación Cubana. Se emplearon métodos
del nivel teórico, empírico y matemático los cuales constataron que existe una
insuficiente Orientación Profesional Pedagógica en l os estudiantes, los mismos
desaprovechan potencialidades existentes para posibilitar que profundicen en sus
conocimientos, desarrollen vivencias positivas y motivaciones sobre la profesión
pedagógica. La propuesta consiste en un sistema que integra actividades para el
conocimiento de la profesión, intencionado desde la perspectiva profesional, de
ahí la novedad de la propuesta. El aporte práctico radica en un sistema de
actividades que posibilitan la transformación de la labor de Orientación Profesional
Pedagógica, cumpliendo con las exigencias metodológicas esenciales.

Methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical level were used which verified that there is an insufficient Pedagogical Professional Orientation in the students, they miss out on existing potentialities to enable them to deepen their knowledge, develop positive experiences and motivations about the pedagogical profession. The proposal consists of a system that integrates activities for the knowledge of the profession, intentional from a professional perspective, hence the novelty of the proposal. The practical contribution lies in a system of activities that enable the transformation of the work of Pedagogical Professional Guidance, fulfilling the essential methodological requirements.
