Resumen
En el siguiente trabajo se realiza un análisis sobre los equipos de transferencia de
masa del Laboratorio de Operaciones Unitarias. Primeramente se llevó a cabo una
revisión bibliográfica donde se realizó un estudio de los aspectos más importantes de
los procesos de destilación, absorción y secado, los equipos que se utilizan para
cada una de esas operaciones y la aplicabilidad de los mismos en la industria
química. Luego se realizó un análisis para la etapa de destilación a partir de
alternativas propuestas con el objetivo de seleccionar aquella de menor consumo
energético, diseñándose cada uno de los equipos presentes en cada alternativa.
Además se rediseñó la columna de absorción con los equipos que la componen y se
realizó un diagnóstico sobre el equipo de secado del laboratorio proponiéndose
medidas que garanticen la vida útil del equipo y el buen funcionamiento del mismo y
finalmente a partir de los cambios realizados se perfeccionan las técnicas operatorias
existentes. Se realizό el análisis económico para cada alternativa diseñada y se
simularon en Hysys las alternativas propuestas para cada sistema.
In this work an analysis is realized on the equipment of mass transfer of the Laboratory of Unitary Operations. Firstly it was carried out a bibliographical revision where a study of the most important aspects of the processes of distillation, absorption and drying, the equipment that are used for each of those operations, the applicability of these in the chemical industry. Also an analysis for the stage of distillation from propose alternatives with the aim of selecting that one of smaller power consumption was realized, designing each one of the present equipment in each alternative. In addition the absorption column with the equipment was redesigned composes that it and a diagnostic one was realized on the measured equipment of drying of the laboratory setting out which they guarantee the life utility of the equipment and the good operation of the same and finally from the realized changes perfect the existing operating techniques. It was realized the economic analysis for each designed alternative and simulated in Hysys the alternative for each system.
