dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se desarrolló el estudio del esfuerzo de contacto en los flancos de los dientes de un par de engranajes cilíndricos metálicos de dientes rectos y perfil de evolvente, estableciéndose valores geométricos y dinámicos de referencia. El análisis se realizó a partir del cálculo analítico a través del software Kisssoft de los principales parámetros de resistencia a las tensiones de contacto, teniendo en cuenta las normas ISO 6336 del 2006 y AGMA 2001-D04. También se realizó el cálculo mediante un software por el método de los elementos finitos, así como su respectiva simulación. Se recopilaron y compararon los resultados demostrando un sobredimensionamiento de los engranajes contra la falla por picadura en el flanco del diente en los procedimientos de las normas técnicas. Que, aunque estos no influyen significativamente si pueden llegar a ser perjudiciales a la vida útil del engranaje.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this Research Work it was developed the study of the contact effort in the flanks of the teeth of a couple of metallic cylindrical engagements of right teeth and sweeping profile, settling down geometric and dynamic values of reference. The analysis was carried out starting from the analytic calculation through the software KissSoft from the main contact tensions resiatance parameters, keeping in mind the norms ISO 6336 of 2006 and AGMA 2001-D04. It was also carried out the calculation by means of a software for the finite elements methods, as well as their respective simulation. They were gathered and they compared the results demonstrating an overdimensionment of the engagements against the flaw for sting in the flank of the tooth in the procedures of the technical norms. That although these don't influence significantly theycanbe harmful to the useful life of the engagement.en_US
