Resumen
Este trabajo de diploma se propone transformar mediante el sistema GibbsCAM el
modelo sólido de la pieza llamada “selector de sentido del avance”, de las fresadoras
modelos 6P82Ш y 6P83Ш, de modo que este modelo sirva de punto de partida para la
elaboración posterior de su estrategia de maquinado en 4 ejes.
El trabajo comienza por una actualización de los conocimientos sobre el sistema
GibbsCAM. Se explican brevemente sus nuevas funcionalidades. Seguidamente se hace un estudio de esta compleja pieza, su caracterización, la función de cada una de las superficies y agujeros que la forman, el funcionamiento del conjunto donde se inserta y su tratamiento térmico. A continuación se explica la importación de la pieza desde el SolidWork hacia el GibbsCAM y la creación de los sistemas de coordenadas necesarios para el posterior maquinado en 4 ejes. Al final del trabajo se propone cómo debe maquinarse el selector de sentido del avance con los recursos tecnológicos de este taller. Además, se hace una valoración económica donde está plasmado el costo de fabricación
de la pieza.
This diploma work sets out to transform by means of the GibbsCAM system the solid model of the named part “selector of sense of the feed”, of the milling machines models 6P82Ш and 6P83Ш, so that this model serves as departure point for the later laboration of its machining strategy in 4 axes. This work begins by an update of the knowledge on the GibbsCAM system. Their new functionalities are explained briefly. Next it is made a study of this complex part, its characterization, the function of each one of the surfaces is made and holes that form it, the operation of the set where it is inserted and its heat treatment. Next the import of the piece is explained from SolidWork towards GibbsCAM and the creation of the ecessary systems of machining coordinates for the later one in 4 axes. At the end of the work one sets out how the selector of sense of feed must be machined with the technological resources of this factory. In addition, an economic valuation becomes where the cost of manufacture of the part is shaped.
