Resumen
En el presente trabajo se evalúa un electrodo tubular para recargue, clasificación CIS (0.1-
0.25mm), que deposita, sin dilución, un sistema aleante que coincide con una fundición
blanca aleada al cromo manganeso. En este caso se busca analizar su microestructura y
propiedades en función de la variación de las condiciones de disipación de calor a partir
del depósito, así como el coeficiente de dilución, en función de obtener la influencia de esta variable en las características del depósito de recargue.
In this work is carried out a theoretical study (by means of the method of finite elements) about the influence of the parameters such as thickness of the speciment and the position of the analysis point respect to the beginning of the weld on the thermal cycles that are obtained in this points, for single pass welds carried out with an experimental tubular electrode type CIS(0.25-0.1mm), recently developed in the Welding Research Center, in order to determining if this parameters should be considered as input variable in the weld evaluation of using this type of consumable.
