dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación está encaminada a caracterizar el abastecimiento energético de la refinería “Sergio Soto”. La fundamentación del trabajo se realiza a través de una profunda revisión bibliográfica referente al tema, en la que se incluyen: eficiencia y gestión energética, diagnóstico energético y NC: ISO 50 001. Se realiza una descripción general de la empresa donde se tienen en cuenta entre otros aspectos su objeto empresarial, misión, visión y la estrategia empresarial en el período 2018-2021. Se describe el proceso productivo y se lleva a cabo una evaluación de la condición técnica de la planta y su nivel de instrumentación. Además, con la ayuda del software Microsoft Excel se analiza la estructura del consumo de portadores energéticos; así como los resultados obtenidos, donde se identifican las áreas mayores consumidoras, los portadores más consumidos y sus índices de consumo. También se realiza el análisis del consumo de agua identificando las áreas y procesos mayores consumidores; al igual que el impacto económico del consumo de portadores energéticos y se calculan sus índices de costo.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation is aimed at characterizing the energy supply of the "Sergio Soto" refinery. The foundation of the work is carried out through a thorough literature review on the subject, which include efficiency and energy management, energy diagnosis and NC: ISO 50 001. A general description of the company is made where they are taken into account among other aspects its business purpose, mission, vision and business strategy in the period 2018-2021. The production process is described and an evaluation of the technical condition of the plant and its level of instrumentation is carried out. In addition, with the help of Microsoft Excel software, the structure of the consumption of energy carriers is analyzed; as well as the results obtained, where the major consuming areas, the most consumed carriers and their consumption indexes are identified. The analysis of water consumption is also carried out, identifying the areas and processes that are major consumers; as well as the economic impact of the consumption of energy carriers and their cost indexes are calculated.en_US
