Diagnóstico del estado del mantenimiento en la UEB GEYSEL Yaguajay de Sancti Spíritus

Abstract

En el trabajo se presenta el diagnóstico del estado de la función mantenimiento en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) GEYSEL Yaguajay, perteneciente a la empresa GEYSEL de la provincia Santi Spíritus. Expone una revisión bibliográfica que en su conjunto brinda los fundamentos teóricos para el desarrollo de la caracterización y el diagnóstico del mantenimiento de la UEB Yaguajay. Se expone una información sobre la UEB y descripción de los equipos de generación en la misma. Como resultados del diagnóstico de la función mantenimiento en la UEB, que aplica el Mantenimiento Preventivo Planificado, se presentan los aspectos positivos y negativos detectados, los que además, se resumen en las conclusiones generales, y por último se hacen recomendaciones tanto para la continuidad del trabajo como para la UEB con vistas a que elaboren un plan para mejorar la situación de la función mantenimiento en la misma.

The work presents the diagnosis of the status of the maintenance function in the Base Business Unit (UEB) GEYSEL Yaguajay, belonging to the GEYSEL Company in Santi Spíritus province. It presents a bibliographic review that as a whole provides the theoretical foundations for the development of the characterization and diagnosis of the maintenance of the UEB Yaguajay. Information on the UEB and a description of the generation equipment are set out in it. As results of the diagnosis of the maintenance function in the UEB, which applies the Planned Preventive Maintenance, the positive and negative aspects detected are presented, which are also summarized in the general conclusions, and finally recommendations are made both for the continuity of the I work as for the UEB with a view to drawing up a plan to improve the situation of the maintenance function in it.
