dc.description.abstractEl presente Trabajo de Diploma se inserta dentro del enfoque de mejoramiento continuo propuesto por las Normas de la Familia ISO 9000 para las empresas que cuenten con un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, donde la revisión de los procesos y de su documentación correspondiente, debe constituir una iniciativa de su Dirección, con el objetivo de elevar los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes por la calidad de los servicios recibidos. La UBCC (Unidad Básica Constructora Caibarién) desarrolla el proceso de ejecución de edificios de viviendas para la entidad inversionista ALMEST CENTRO, el cual se caracteriza por el uso de materiales y tecnologías que propicien el logro de una alta productividad en el trabajo, con el propósito de contribuir a la satisfacción de las necesidades de viviendas de los trabajadores de este organismo. La introducción de la tecnología FORSA para la ejecución de edificios de viviendas, con su correspondiente incremento en la rapidez y calidad de ejecución, hace necesario el estudio y perfeccionamiento de la documentación relacionada con los Planes de Calidad y Expedientes de Obra, con el objetivo de lograr su actualización y adecuación a las nuevas características del proceso constructivo. Con las propuestas de la presente investigación, se logra una simplificación y reducción en la cantidad de registros, lo que contribuye al ahorro del tiempo que se requiere invertir en su llenado y seguimiento por los técnicos y especialistas, lo que igualmente constituye una contribución al cuidado del medio ambiente, por el significativo ahorro de papel que representa.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present Work of Diploma is inserted inside the focus of continuous improvement proposed by the Norms of the Family ISO 9000 for the companies that have a System of Administration of the Quality, where the revision of the processes and its corresponding documentation, it should constitute an initiative of its Direction, with the objective of elevating the levels of the clients' satisfaction for the quality of the received services. The UBCC (Unidad Básica Constructora Caibarién) develops the execution process of buildings of housings for the entity investor ALMEST CENTER, which is characterized by the use of materials and technologies that propitiate the achievement of a high productivity in the work, with the purpose of contributing to the satisfaction of the housing necessity of the workers' of this organism. The introduction of the technology FORSA for the execution of buildings of housings, with its corresponding increment in the speed and execution quality, makes necessary the study and improvement of the documentation related with the Plans of Quality and Files of Work, with the objective of achieving their upgrade and adaptation to the new characteristics of the constructive process. With the proposals of the present investigation, it is achieved a simplification and reduction in the quantity of registrations, what contributes to the saving of the time that is required to invest in their filled and pursuit for the technicians and specialist, that equally constitutes a contribution under the care of the environment, for the significant paper saving that representsen_US
