Propuesta de tratamiento para la rehabilitación de un paciente diagnosticado con Hemiplejía Flácida

Abstract

Constituye hoy día una importante problemática de salud para Villa Clara la existencia de un alto número de pacientes discapacitados. Dentro de las causas principales encontramos los trastornos cerebrovasculares, que constituyen una de las causas de la aparición del síndrome hemipléjico. En la investigación se formula el siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo estructurar un nuevo tratamiento para la rehabilitación de un paciente diagnosticado con Hemiplejia Flácida? Se propone el siguiente sistema de objetivos: Diagnosticar el estado inicial de un paciente con Hemiplejia Flácida, seleccionar las técnicas del tratamiento, diseñar el tratamiento de rehabilitación para el paciente y valorar la efectividad del tratamiento diseñado a través de su aplicación práctica. Se utilizaron diferentes métodos de investigación: Analítico-Sintético, Inductivo-Deductivo, revisión documental, medición y pre-experimento, así como técnicas psicológicas: relajación y visualización por sugestión verbal. Su aplicación permitió estructurar un tratamiento de rehabilitación al paciente. Los resultados alcanzados fueron positivos, a partir de los logros alcanzados por el paciente desde el punto de vista físico y psicológico, llamando la atención la participación activa en su rehabilitación.

The high number of disabled patients has become an important health problem in the province of Villa Clara. Main causes of these cases are found in brain disorders which lead to the hemiplegic syndrome. This research work is based on the following scientific problem: how to structure new treatment ways for the rehabilitation of a flabby hemiplegic diagnosed patient? To diagnose the patient´s initial state, to select new treatment ways, to design the new rehabilitation treatment and to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment designed through practice, were the aims to be accomplished over the research process. Several scientific methods, such as analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, documents revision, interview, measurement, pre-experiment, as well as psychological techniques, were used in this study. Results attained were considered positive on the basis of the patient´s psychological and physical point of view due to his active participation throughout the rehabilitation period
