Resumen
La investigación se realiza en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas; durante un período de siete meses. Se dirige a transformar el desarrollo de prácticas colaborativas estudiante- estudiante y estudiante-profesor, mediado por las TIC, en el proceso docente-educativo, en alumnos del tercer año de la carrera.
La metodología empleada en este estudio fue cualitativa; logrando el acercamiento integral a las vivencias de estudiantes y docentes; desde las interpretaciones de su realidad. Como método se asume la investigación cooperativa, pues el tema es abordado por investigadores de Psicología y Comunicación Social. Se siguió un muestreo de tipo homogéneo. Para la recogida de información se empleo la observación participante y no participante, entrevistas semi-estructurada y en profundidad, revisión y análisis de documentos, así como el registro de actividad.
Los resultados obtenidos muestran una tendencia hacia el desarrollo de prácticas colaborativas en el año. Se destacan como elementos que influyen en el fenómeno: la estabilización del trabajo en equipos -para el desarrollo de las actividades docentes- y la tutoría por parte de los profesores a los equipos -atendiendo no solo a los resultados sino también la forma en que se organizan para alcanzarlos. El empleo de las TIC´s se realiza de forma complementaria a las actividades presenciales.
The investigation is made in the Psychology faculty of the Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas; during a period of seven months. The employed methodology on this studio was qualitative; achieving the integral approach to students and teachers life experiences; from its reality interpretations. As a method was assumed the cooperative investigation, since the subject is boarded by Psychology and Social Comunication investigators. Was followed an homogeneous type of samples collection. For picking up the information was employed the participating and no participating observation, semi-structured interviews and more deeply, documents revision and analysis such as the activity record. The obtained results show up a tendency to the collaborative practices development in the year. Stands as elements that influence on the phenomenon: the teamwork stabilization -to the development of the teaching activities- and the guidance of the teachers to the teams, attending not only to the results but also the way in which they get organized to manage them. TIC`s employment is made in a complementary form to the presence activities.
