Resumen
En este trabajo se profundiza en relación a la planificación de la resistencia aerobia en el evento combinado del Pentatlón Moderno, como una capacidad importante en la obtención de óptimos resultados en este deporte. El problema científico de la presente investigación: ¿Qué orientaciones metodológicas permiten planificar el trabajo de resistencia aerobia en la carrera del Evento Combinado del Pentatlón Moderno en atletas juveniles de Villa Clara? Para dar respuesta al mismo se diseñan Orientaciones Metodológicas para la planificación de esta capacidad en la carrera del evento combinado del Pentatlón Moderno en atletas juveniles de Villa Clara. Los métodos y técnicas de la investigación científica utilizados son: el Analítico–Sintético, Inductivo–Deductivo, Análisis de documentos, Entrevista, Problematización de la realidad, Socialización de ideas, Técnicas dinámicas de grupo. El diagnóstico corroboró que en el Programa Integral de Preparación del Deportista, en esta especialidad, no se dan las orientaciones precisas a los entrenadores en vista a cómo proyectar la planificación de esta capacidad en el Evento Combinado. Las entrevistas realizadas a los entrenadores de Pentatlón Moderno arrojaron insuficiencias en la planificación y aplicación de métodos y medios para el desarrollo de la resistencia aerobia en pentatletas, específicamente en el Evento Combinado. Las orientaciones diseñadas parten de la teoría y las vivencias prácticas de los entrenadores consultados, surgen de la realidad, de ahí su veracidad, objetividad e importancia. Las mismas permitirán a los entrenadores de este deporte planificar de forma acertada la resistencia aerobia atendiendo a las particularidades del Evento Combinado y de los atletas.
This work deepens in relation to plan aerobic endurance race in the combined event of Modern Pentathlon in youth athletes from Villa Clara, as an important capability in obtaining good results in this sport. The scientific problem of this research is: What Methodological Orientations allow planning aerobic endurance work in the combined event of Modern Pentathlon race in young athletes from Villa Clara? To answer this problem, some Methodological Orientations are designed for planning this capacity in young athletes of Modern Pentathlon in Villa Clara. Analytic - Synthetic, Inductive-Deductive, Analysis of Documents, Interview, Problematization of reality, Socialization of ideas, dynamics technical group are the scientific methods and techniques used for this investigation. The diagnosis confirmed in the Integral Program Athlete Preparation of this Sport doesn’t give a precise guide regarding to coaches in relation to project the planning of this capacity in the combined event. The interviews yielded some problems in the planning and successful implementation by the methods and means coaches use for developing the aerobic endurance race in pent athletes events. The guidelines designed starting from the theory and practical experiences of the consulted coaches, emerge from reality and practice, hence its truthfulness, objectivity and importance. These allow coaches of this sport to plan a wisely aerobic endurance based on the specificities of the combined event and the athletes.
