Guía Psicoeducativa para la preparación en comprensión emocional de los padres de escolares con manifestaciones agresivas

Resumen
La investigación tuvo como objetivo elaborar una Guía Psicoeducativa GP
para potenciar la comprensión emocional de los padres de escolares de 8 a 10 años con manifestaciones agresivas. Para ello se utilizó un paradigma mixto de investigación, con un tipo de estudio descriptivo, dividido en tres etapas. En la primera, predominantemente cualitativa, se empleó el estudio de casos múltiples para la
identificación de necesidades psicoeducativas desde la perspectiva de los usuarios. La segunda etapa fue destinada al diseño de la GP y la tercera a su valoración por
especialistas. La selección de la muestra se efectuó mediante un muestreo no
probabilístico, en la primera etapa conformada por 7 padres de niños con
manifestaciones agresivas y en la tercera por 10 especialistas psicólogos,
comunicadores sociales y filólogos. Se usaron métodos y técnicas como análisis del expediente, entrevista psicológica, cuestionario de necesidades psicoeducativas
relacionadas con la comprensión emocional y cuestionario para el juicio de los
especialistas. Para su procesamiento se empleó el análisis de contenido y la estadística
descriptiva. Se obtuvo como resultado que los padres presentan dificultades para la
identificación de manifestaciones de las emociones en sus hijos, sus causas, sobre todo
en emociones complejas o ambivalencia emocional. Las mayores necesidades guardan
relación con el conocimiento de estrategias de regulación en este sentido,
considerándose estos aspectos entre las temáticas que integran la GP. La misma fue
valorada favorablemente de acuerdo con el juicio de los especialistas, pudiendo ser
perfeccionada a partir de sus sugerencias y señalamientos
The research aimed to develop a psychoeducational guide GP to enhance the emotional understanding of parents of school children aged 8 to 10 years with aggressive manifestations. To do this, a mixed research paradigm was used, with a descriptive type of study, divided into three stages. In the first, predominantly qualitative, the study of multiple cases was used to identify psychoeducational needs from the perspective of users. The second stage was destined to the design of the GP and the third to its evaluation by specialists. The selection of the sample was made through a non probabilistic sampling, in the first stage consisting of 7 parents of children with aggressive manifestations and in the third stage by 10 specialists psychologists, social communicators and philologists. Methods and techniques were used such as File Analysis, Psychological Interview, Questionnaire of psychoeducational needs related to Emotional Understanding and Questionnaire for the judgment of specialists. For its processing, content analysis and descriptive statistics were used. It was obtained as a result that parents present difficulties for the identification of manifestations of emotions in their children, their causes, especially in complex emotions or emotional ambivalence. The greatest needs are related to the knowledge of regulatory strategies in this sense, considering these aspects among the topics that make up the GP. It was evaluated favorably according to the judgment of the specialists, and could be improved based on their suggestions and points
