El modelo cooperativa de créditos y servicios fortalecidas (ccsf) y su influencia para el desarrollo del consejo popular de Guayos, Sancti Spíritus. Estudio de caso, CCSF “Ramón Balboa”

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar la situación económica del modelo CCS Fortalecida "Ramón Balboa" mostrando su capacidad de contribución a los procesos de desarrollo en la localidad en donde radica. Se aborda el modelo de Cooperativas de Créditos y Servicios desde la perspectiva de la socialización y de la historia de su surgimiento mostrando su evolución. Un especial interés posee el tratamiento al carácter contradictorio de este proceso que mantiene y reproduce la pequeña explotación campesina y su ampliación, necesidad y aportes del fortalecimiento de las CCS. Además, se identifican las características del cooperativismo agrícola en el tipo de Cooperativa de Créditos y Servicios en los territorios de Sancti Spíritus, Cabaiguán y Guayos, se muestra su evolución y especialización productiva. En la medida de lo posible se muestra el comportamiento comparado del municipio y el Consejo Popular en el total de la provincia. Por último, se realiza la caracterización de la CCSF ¨Ramón Balboa¨ mostrando su aporte a la comunidad y el lugar que ocupa esta cooperativa en la economía del Consejo Popular de Guayos. Para revelar la contribución de la cooperativa al desarrollo económico de la localidad, se hizo un estudio de la evolución y principales indicadores de eficiencia, los que permitieron ganar en comprensión sobre los aportes de la misma a la economía del territorio a lo largo de su existencia.This investigation has as purpose to analyze the economic situation of the pattern Strengthened CCS "Ramón Balboa" showing its contribution capacity to the development processes in the town where resides. The main practical theoretical foundations of the agricultural Cooperatives are systematized in Cuba with emphasis in the form of Credits and Services. The pattern is approached of Cooperative of Credits and Services from the perspective of the socialization and of the history of its emergence showing its evolution. A special interest possesses the treatment to the contradictory character of this process that maintains and it reproduces the small rural exploitation and its amplification, necessity and contributions of the invigoration of the CCS. Also, the characteristics of the agricultural cooperatives are identified in the type of Cooperative of Credits and Services in the territories of Sancti Spíritus, Cabaiguán and Guayos; it is shown their evolution and productive specialization. Insofar as possible it is shown the compared behavior of the municipality and the Popular Council in the total of the county. Finally, it shows the characterization of the CCSF ¨Ramón Balboa¨ showing their contribution to the community and the place that it occupies this cooperative in the economy of the Popular Council of Guayos. To reveal the contribution from the cooperative to the economic development of the town, it was made a study of the evolution and main indicators of efficiency, those that allowed to win in understanding on the contributions from the same one to the economy of the territory along their existence.
