Resumen
La investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un Programa Psicoeducativo para el afrontamiento efectivo al cáncer de mama no metastásico en intervalo libre de enfermedad o sobrevivencia. Se asumió un paradigma cuantitativo, siguiendo un diseño no experimental, con un tipo de estudio descriptivo. Se empleó un sistema de técnicas psicológicas: Entrevista semi-estructurada, Escala de modos de afrontamiento, Escalas de Afecto Positivo y Negativo (PANAS), Inventario de Situaciones y Respuestas de ansiedad ISRA – B, Inventario de expresión de la ira estado-rasgo STAXI – 2, Test de Zung y Conde. Para el análisis de los datos se empleó un procesamiento estadístico utilizando el paquete SPSS versión 21.0. En los resultados predomina un afrontamiento centrado en la emoción, manifestándose a niveles parcialmente adecuados la efectividad del mismo, siendo el juicio de control en muchos casos ilusorio. La prevalencia de emociones positivas y negativas o la combinación estas, permitió identificar que el 50% de las pacientes presentan niveles medios de bienestar emocional, el 30% alto y el 20% bajo. La correlación positiva entre juicio de control y bienestar emocional, demuestra el valor de ambas variables para potenciar el afrontamiento efectivo de dichas pacientes. Se diseña un programa psicoeducativo para el afrontamiento efectivo al cáncer de mama no metastásico en intervalo libre de enfermedad o supervivencia. Seleccionando 10 especialistas que participaron en la evaluación del programa diseñado; existiendo una tendencia a la aprobación del diseño del programa, criterio que indica la pertinencia y efectividad en el mismo.

In the results a confrontation centered in emotion predominates, manifesting oneself to levels partially made suitable the effectiveness of the same, being the judgment of control in a lot of cases illusory. The prevalence of positive and negative emotions or a combination of these, identified that 50% of patients have average levels of emotional well-being, 30% higher and 20% lower. The positive correlation between mind control and emotional wellbeing, demonstrates the value of both variables to enhance the effective confrontation of these patients.
