Resumen
En el presente trabajo se aplican algunas de las herramientas de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía (TGTEE) para caracterizar la situación energética actual del Hospital Arnaldo Milián Castro, para determinar las deficiencias en el manejo de los recursos energéticos. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de los consumos de los portadores energéticos y se identificaron cuáles de ellos son los que más inciden en el consumo de la instalación.
En el Capítulo I se realiza un análisis sobre las diferentes herramientas de gestión energética que pueden ser aplicadas a la entidad y se define cual se va a emplear, en el Capítulo II se aplican herramientas de la Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía para caracterizar la situación energética del hospital y en el Capítulo III se analiza brevemente el impacto sobre la economía y algunas valoraciones de carácter ambiental.
En este trabajo de empleó el Microsoft Excel como herramienta de cálculo del paquete de office, para el tratamiento de datos y gráficos. Los datos fueron recopilados a través de los informes anuales presentados en el departamento de economía y en el departamento de energía donde se lleva el parte diario del consumo de los portadores energéticos de la institución.

A diagnosis of the current situation of the consumptions of the energy payees was carried out and they were identified which of them are those that more impacts in the consumption of the facility. In Chapter I an analysis on the different tools of energy administration that can be applied to the facility is carried out and is defined which will use, in Chapter II tools of the Efficient Total Administration of the Energy are applied to characterize the energy situation of the hospital and in Chapter III the environmental impact and economical cost was analyzed In this work Microsoft Excel as office package tool of calculation is used, for the treatment of data and graphics.
