La creatividad en la solución de problemas profesionales del Licenciado en Pedagogía Psicología.

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de caracterizar la creatividad en la solución de problemas profesionales de los estudiantes del tercer año de la carrera de Licenciatura en Pedagogía Psicología. Para lograr este objetivo se aplicaron un conjunto de instrumentos de cuyos resultados se obtuvo la información necesaria para arribar a conclusiones. Estas fueron: revisión de documentos oficiales de la carrera, cuestionario de autoconcepto creativo, entrevista grupal a especialistas, técnica de los diez deseos, situaciones inconclusas, y entrevista semiestructurada a estudiantes.
Se trabajó con una muestra de doce estudiantes utilizando como estrategia metodológica un paradigma mixto, esencialmente cualitativo, el cual ofrece grandes beneficios para la investigación en Psicología. Como resultado se constató una limitada expresión de la creatividad en el grupo estudiado en función de la solución de problemas profesionales, manifestándose en el bajo nivel de motivación por la creación pedagógica asociada a poca motivación por la carrera y desconocimiento del perfil del profesional. Se observó, además, poca capacidad de búsqueda y solución de problemas pedagógicos, así como, baja autovaloración de las posibilidades y cualidades para la creación pedagógica. De lo anterior se derivaron las recomendaciones, las cuales sugieren, entre otras, la continuidad de investigaciones sobre el tema.
This investigation was made with the purpose to characterize the creativity in the solution of professional problems of the students of third year of bachelor's degree in Pedagogy Psychology. In order to achieve these objectives were applied a group of instruments, and the results of those allow us to arrive to conclusions. These techniques were: revision of official documents of career, questionnaire of creative self concept, the group´s interview with specialists, technician of ten desires, inconclusive situations, and the interviews to students of third year of Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy Psychology. It was worked up with twelve students, four males and eight females, all students of third year of Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy Psychology, using a mixed methodological strategy, essentially qualitative paradigm, because it offers big gainings for the investigation in psychology. As a result a limited expression of creativity in the group gone into in terms of the solution of professional problems, being shown by the low level of motivation for the pedagogical creation correlated with low motivation by the career and ignorance of the professional's profile. It was observed, besides, pour capability of quest and solution of pedagogic problems, thus like, reduced self-appraisal of the possibilities and qualities for the pedagogic creation. Recommendations derived of previous, and these suggest, among others, the continuity of investigations on this theme in the students of Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy Psychology.
