Resumen
En los últimos 10 años ha ocurrido una revolución dentro de la educación superior
en Cuba, se han creado nuevas carreras, se ha llevado a cabo la universalización
de la enseñanza en todos los municipios del país por lo que ha aumentado la
matrícula en el nivel superior, y por lo tanto la carga de trabajo de los profesores
del departamento de Matemáticas en nuestra universidad, lo que llevó a buscar
una alternativa viable para dar solución al problema fundamental que plantea la
tesis que no es mas que la necesidad de perfeccionar el proceso de enseñanza –
aprendizaje de la Matemática en la Carrera de Licenciatura en Contabilidad y
Finanzas de forma que este contribuya al desarrollo de habilidades Matemáticas
que requieren los futuros profesionales, teniendo en cuenta soluciones que
redunden en la calidad del proceso docente educativo, asumir todo lo referente a
este sin mermar en la calidad de los servicios. Es importante que los Licenciados
en Contabilidad y Finanzas comprendan con claridad como el potencial
matemático les permite analizar un fenómeno que atañe a la comunidad o crear un
modelo matemático nuevo para reflejar la realidad de su entorno, o sea, que
utilicen de manera acertada y consciente las Matemáticas en la solución de
problemas aplicados utilizando además las computadoras de acuerdo a las
demandas de la sociedad. Desprendiéndose de ahí que el objetivo general de
nuestro trabajo sea, proponer una preparación técnico-metodológica destinada a
Graduados Universitarios en Adiestramiento ( GUA) para la impartición de la
Matemática en la Carrera de Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas que
garantice una mejor calidad en el proceso de enseñanza –aprendizaje.
In the last 10 years it has happened a revolution inside the superior education in Cuba, new careers have been created, it has been carried out the universalization of the teaching in all the municipalities of the country for what the registration has increased in the superior level, and therefore the load of the professors' of the department of mathematics work in our university, what took to look for a viable alternative to give solution to the fundamental problem that outlines the thesis that is not but that the necessity to perfect the teaching process - learning of the Mathematics in the Career of Degree in Accounting and Finances so that this it contributes to the development of mathematical abilities that you/they require the professional futures, keeping in mind solutions that they redound in the quality of the educational educational process, to assume all it with respect to this without shrinking in the quality of the services. It is important that the Graduates in Accounting and Finances understand with clarity like the mathematical potential allows them to analyze a phenomenon that concerns to the community or to create a new mathematical model to reflect the reality of its environment, that is to say that use in a guessed right way and conscious the mathematics in the solution of applied problems also using the computers according to the demands of the society. Coming off with the result that the general objective of our work is, to propose a technician-methodological preparation dedicated to Graduate University students in Training (GUA) for the mathematics’ impartition in the Career of Degree in accounting that guarantees a better quality in the teaching process - learning.
