The work contains a wealth of information based on documents and testimonies of incalculable historical value, which presents us once again to our invincible Fidel analyzing and denouncing on the tragic consequences of the Cuban Adjustment Act, the law of dry feet wet feet and The Parole Program for Cuban health professionals, which is an important element in the framework of the bilateral process that has led to the signing of a new migration agreement between the two countries and which at the same time makes a point for our young teachers and students a Which has been distorted by the enemies of the revolution, but which were always exposed while the US government concealed the information whenever people died in human trafficking operations carried out by those who were Proposed to achieve "the American dream" that so many deceived, it shows how it knew how to capture as no one the moral reduction in which began to move a good part of the Cuban insurgents that in the end would be the beneficiaries with all the prebendas of the immigration policy that Was inaugurated in 1966 that was converted into law and that today, when a new immigration agreement between the US and Cuban governments is signed, a part of this policy is put to an end, although the Adjustment Law remains
