| dc.description.abstract | Cuba, a partir del año 2008, ha promovido la entrega de tierras en usufructo e intenciona la presencia de jóvenes en las comunidades rurales y en las actividades agropecuarias. La tenencia y gestión de la tierra constituye entre los jóvenes agrarios fuente de tensión en la articulación de proyectos personales y sociales. La investigación tiene como objetivo caracterizar la participación de los jóvenes rurales pertenecientes a las Cooperativas de Créditos y Servicios (CCS) del municipio Cifuentes de la provincia Villa Clara. El análisis se centrará en el protagonismo de los jóvenes pertenecientes al rango etario de 15-30 años desde una perspectiva de equidad y justicia social a partir de reconocer sus potencialidades participativas. La investigación se sustenta desde el paradigma sociocrítico, el cual promueve la participación masiva y la autorreflexión. Se aplicaron técnicas como: observaciones no participante, entrevistas a informantes claves para conocer los principales cultivos, cantidad de asociados y el uso del suelo, se analizaron documentos relacionados con los resultados productivos, la caracterización del territorio. La encuesta está dirigida a identificar los niveles de participación juvenil rural, las motivaciones y el tipo de actividad que realizan los jóvenes asociados a las CCS. El principal resultado de la investigación es que el nivel de participación juvenil rural es medio, debido a la escasa implicación de los jóvenes en la toma de decisiones, la insuficiente comercialización y gestión en las cooperativas así como la falta de sistematicidad en las capacitaciones dirigidas a este segmento poblacional. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Cuba, starting from the year 2008, it has promoted the delivery of lands in usufruct and intenciona the presence of young in the rural communities and in the agricultural activities. The holding and administration of the earth constitutes among the youths agrarian source of tension in the articulation of personal and social projects. The investigation has as objective to characterize the participation of the rural youths belonging to the Cooperatives of Credits and Services (CCS) of the municipality Cifuentes of the county Villa Clara. The analysis will be centered in the protagonist of the youths belonging to the range 15-30 year-old from a perspective of justness and social justice starting from recognizing its potentialities participative. The investigation is sustained from the paradigm sociocrítico, which promotes the massive participation and the self-reflection. They were applied technical as: observations non participant, interviews to key informants to know the main cultivations, quantity of associates and the use of the floor, documents related with the productive results, the characterization of the territory were analyzed. The survey is directed to identify the levels of rural juvenile participation, the motivations and the activity type that the youths associated to the CCS carry out. The main result of the investigation is that the level of rural juvenile participation is half, due to the scarce implication of the youths in the taking of decisions, the insufficient commercialization and administration in the cooperatives as well as the systematic lack in the trainings directed to this population segment.
