| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de diploma se realiza el cálculo del Índice de Desarrollo Humano Territorial (IDHT)- en el período de 1985 al 2008-, que constituye una herramienta a utilizar para priorizar decisiones que tienen que ver con el desarrollo futuro de los territorios y localidades, aportando elementos certeros para la etapa de diagnóstico de los planes territoriales, los que actualmente necesitan de este tipo de valoraciones para responder a algunas de las problemáticas del desarrollo regional, local o territorial según sea el caso. Primeramente se abordan los antecedentes del concepto de desarrollo y aspectos conceptuales sobre el mismo; se mencionan y analizan las diferentes teorías del desarrollo así como las posturas ante estas en la actualidad; además del concepto de desarrollo sostenible, desarrollo territorial y desarrollo territorial planificado junto a sus etapas, enfocándose principalmente en la tercera; y por último dentro de los aspectos conceptuales se trató la definición de desarrollo humano. El propósito fundamental del presente estudio es aplicar el IDHT como base para la elevación del nivel de eficiencia y objetividad en la conformación de las etapas del plan, que tienen como insumo de origen el diagnóstico del territorio en análisis; este índice se conformó teniendo en cuenta varios indicadores: mortalidad Infantil, índice de ocupación, volumen de inversiones per cápita, tasa de escolarización, salarios medios devengados y mortalidad materna. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This grade thesis is about the calculation of the Territorial Human Development Index (IDHT) - from 1985 to 2008 – this work constitutes a tool to use to prioritize decisions that have relation with the future development of the territories and towns, giving good elements for the stage of diagnostic of the territorial plans, those that at the moment need of this kind of valuations to respond to some of the problems of the regional, local or territorial development as it is the case. Firstly, we can see the antecedents of the development concept and conceptual aspects are approached about it; It is mentioned and analyzed the different theories of the development as well as the postures before these at the present time; the concept of sustainable development is analyzed territorial and planned territorial development too as well as its stages, focusing us mainly in third; and lastly inside the conceptual aspects we cannot let to mention the definition of human development. The fundamental purpose of the present study is to apply the IDHT like base for the elevation of the level of efficiency and objectivity in the conformation of the stages of the plan that It have as origin input the diagnosis of the territory in analysis; this index conformed to keeping in indicative several mind: Infantile mortality, occupation index, volume of investments per capita, school rate, mean rent and maternal mortality. | en_US |
