Resumen
El desarrollo de la generación de energía eléctrica en Cuba ha estado marcado por tres etapas, la última es la más interesante ya que fue necesario cambiar la matriz de generación del país y, por primera vez se introduce la generación distribuida a gran escala. Este nuevo programa consiste en un esquema de generación eléctrica distribuida que emplea la instalación de emplazamientos compuestos por grupos electrógenos, que operan con Diésel o Fuel-oíl, constituye uno de los más profundos cambios conceptuales en esta esfera. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar la efectividad del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento establecido para el grupo compacto de generación distribuida de
energía eléctrica en Cuba, a través del estudio de caso de la planta de 19,5 Mw, ubicada en Sancti Spíritus. Para cumplir con este objetivo resultó necesario efectuar una búsqueda y revisión bibliográfica actualizada de los sistemas de generación distribuida de electricidad, así como de gestión del mantenimiento industrial, que permitiera crear una base teórico conceptual para la investigación.
Se realizó un diagnóstico sobre el funcionamiento del grupo compacto de generación de electricidad a partir de sus parámetros de operación y se evaluó la efectividad de la implementación del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento establecido, a partir de los índices clase mundial. Sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos en este análisis se propusieron acciones para mejorar la eficiencia del
sistema de gestión del mantenimiento implementado en la generación distribuida de electricidad en Cuba.
The development of electricity generation in Cuba has been marked by three stages, in which the last one is the most interesting because it was necessary to change the matrix generation of the country and the generation distributed on a large scale is introduced for the first time. This new program wish consists on a scheme of distributed electric generation that uses sittings composed of generators which work with diesel or fuel-oil constituting, one of the deepest conceptual changes on this sphere. The present work aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance management system established for the compact group of distributed electricity in Cuba through the study of the 19, 5 Mw plant located in the Sancti Spiritus. To fulfil this goal it was necessary to: make a search an updated bibliography checking of the distributed electricity generation systems as well as the industrial maintenance management which allows to create a theory-conceptual base for the investigation. A diagnosis about the compact group of electricity generation from its operating parameters was carried out and the effectiveness of the established maintenance management system was evaluated, from the world class rates. Taking into account the obtained results in this analysis some actions to improve the efficiency of the maintenance management system implemented in the distributed electricity generation in Cuba.
