La cooperativa de producción agropecuaria “Cecilio Miranda" en los marcos de la propuesta de reordenamiento del sector en el municipio de Manicaragua

Abstract

A partir de los años 90, cuando se precipitan los acontecimientos del derrumbe Euro-Soviético y se inicia la crisis económica en el país, la situación del sector cooperativo no deja de reflejar la compleja situación agraria, al mismo tiempo se da paso a la colectivización de las tierras estatales, se forman las UBPC, se está dando un decrecimiento de las cooperativas del tipo CPA y un crecimiento del sector privado con un fortalecimiento y profundización de la cooperación en las CCS. En los momentos actuales la situación del cooperativismo agropecuario está comprometida a escala nacional, debido a una pérdida importante del sector estatal, a lo que se le suma la disminución del número de cooperativas existentes y un incremento de las deudas que cada una contiene. La situación a nivel provincial y municipal no se aleja de tal realidad, por lo que ante esta situación se impone realizar una búsqueda de alternativas en los ámbitos económicos que condicionen y aceleren su solución por lo que se le plantea un reordenamiento del modelo cooperativo, a través de alternativas como la de incrementar el sistema fuera del sector agropecuario. Por tanto, el propósito de la investigación se centra en analizar la situación del municipio de Manicaragua en cuanto al sector cooperativo, especialmente en la CPA “Cecilio Miranda”, debido al alto valor que se le confiere a este movimiento en la teoría y la práctica; y la necesidad de su extensión en las condiciones actuales.From the 90's, when the events precipitating the collapse of Soviet and European economic crisis starts in the country, the situation of the cooperative sector continues to reflect the complex agrarian situation, while it gives way to the collectivization of state lands, form the UBPC, is giving a decrease in CPA-type cooperatives and private sector growth with a strengthening and deepening cooperation in the CCS. At the present time the situation of the agricultural cooperative is committed to the national level, due to a significant loss of the state sector, to which is added the reduction in the number of existing cooperatives and increased debts that each contains. The situation at the provincial and city not far from this reality, so that in this situation prevails searching in the economic alternatives that condition and accelerate their solution so it is faced with a rearrangement of the cooperative model to through alternatives such as increasing non-agricultural system. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to analyze the situation of the municipality of Manicaragua in the cooperative sector, especially in the CPA "Cecilio Miranda" because of the high value that gives this movement in theory and practice, and the need for its extension in the current conditions.
