Sistema de actividades para potenciar la expresión oral desde la nueva política de idioma inglés

Resumen
La formación de profesionales preparados desde el punto de vista científico-técnico, que además posean habilidades lingüísticas para el intercambio y la colaboración constituye un reto actual para universidades cubanas. En esta formación adquiere especial importancia el conocimiento del idioma inglés con énfasis en el desarrollo de la expresión oral; lo que constituye una necesidad con la aplicación de la nueva política de idioma inglés del Ministerio de Educación Superior que establece como requisito de graduación el nivel elemental equivalente al A2 del Marco Común de Referencia Europeo para las Lenguas. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general potenciar la expresión oral en inglés de los estudiantes que cursan el nivel A2 en las carreras pedagógicas, para lo que se aplicaron diferentes métodos, técnicas e instrumentos que propiciaron el resultado del estado real de la expresión oral de estos estudiantes. En respuesta a esta realidad se elaboró un sistema de actividades para potenciar la expresión oral de los estudiantes que cursan el nivel A2 de las carreras pedagógicas atendiendo a las características de la nueva política de idioma inglés; el cual fue sometido a criterio de especialistas y posteriormente aplicado en la práctica mediante un pre-experimento con resultados positivos en el avance de los estudiantes.
The training of professionals prepared from the technical-scientific point of view, with also linguistic abilities for interchange and collaboration constitutes a present challenge of the Cuban Universities. In this training acquires special importance the improvement of the English language with emphasis on the oral expression; which constitutes a need with the application of Higher Education New English language policy that has established English as a graduation requirement at the elementary level equivalent to A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The present study has as an overall aim to enhance the English language oral expression in A2 level students that study in pedagogical majors. Different methods, techniques and instruments were applied that encourage the result of the real state of the oral expression of these students. In response to this reality, a system of activities to enhance the oral expression of A2 level students from pedagogical majors was made, taking into account the demands of the New English language Policy; the system of activities was assessed by specialists’ criteria and afterward it was applied in practice through a pre-experiment which results were significant related to students’ oral expression development.
