Resumen
El estudio presenta como objetivo principal caracterizar la producción científica de las escuelas del movimiento iSchools en Iberoamérica. Se abordan los referentes teóricos de la PC y se identifican trabajos recientes que analizan la PC en el campo informacional. Se caracterizan las escuelas del movimiento iSchools en Iberoamérica como campo de acción para la aplicación del método bibliométrico. Los resultados muestran una elevada presencia de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid en cuanto a número de trabajos publicados y elevada visibilidad e impacto científico de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. La colaboración nacional es la que predomina mayormente en España y es marcada la investigación en el comportamiento de la investigación, estudios bibliométricos, indicadores bibliométricos, almetrics y gestión de información. La tecnología como categoría de la iSchool se evidencia desde tópicos como sistemas, big data, open access, análisis de Datos, herramientas para el procesamiento de los datos.
The main objective of this study is to characterize the scientific production of the schools of the iSchools movement in Latin America. The theoretical references of the scientific production are addressed and recent works that analyze the scientific production in the informational field are identified. The schools of the iSchools movement in Ibero-America are characterized as a field of action for the application of the bibliometric method. The results show a high presence of the Carlos III University of Madrid in terms of the number of published works and high visibility and scientific impact of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The national collaboration is the one that predominates mainly in Spain and is marked the investigation in the behavior of the investigation, bibliometric studies, bibliometric indicators, almetrics and information management. Technology as a category of the iSchool is evident from topics such as systems, big data, open access, data analysis, tools for data processing.
