Aplicación de la Investigación de Mercado para caracterizar el Turismo Internacional en el mercado del Fondo Cubano de Bienes Culturales de la Ciudad de Trinidad

Resumen
El Fondo Cubano de Bienes Culturales es una de las empresas pertenecientes al Ministerio de Cultura, que cumple la función de promover la producción y comercialización de las artes plásticas y aplicadas en Cuba. En una de sus sucursales, el Fondo Cubano Bienes Culturales “Trinidad de Cuba”, se realizó el presente trabajo investigativo, que consiste en una investigación de mercado con el objetivo de caracterizar el turismo internacional que arriba al Fondo antes mencionado, para hacer más eficiente la comercialización de los productos artesanales de esta institución.
En el trabajo se hace un análisis sobre el Sistema de Información de Marketing, se plantean algunas consideraciones sobre el papel de la cultura y su vínculo con el desarrollo económico, se caracteriza el Fondo Cubano Bienes Culturales “Trinidad de Cuba” y se exponen los resultados obtenidos sobre la caracterización del turismo internacional en base a variables demográficas y preferencias.
Se utilizó la encuesta como técnica fundamental para recopilar la información primaria en la investigación. El cuestionario utilizado está validado por la UNESCO. Los resultados fueron procesados mediante el paquete estadístico SPSS – 13.0. La obtención de la muestra probabilística fue calculada mediante la aplicación del Muestreo Aleatorio Simple. Los resultados obtenidos en la misma fueron interpretados mediante proporciones, estadígrafos descriptivos y tablas de contingencia.
The Cuban Fund of Cultural Goods is one of the companies belonging to the Ministry of Culture that completes the function of promoting the production and commercialization of the plastic arts and applied in Cuba. In one of their branches, the Fund Cuban Cultural Goods Trinidad of Cuba", was carried out the present investigative work that consists on a market investigation with the objective of characterizing the international tourism that arrives before to the Fund mentioned, to make more efficient the commercialization of the handmade products of this institution. In the work an analysis is made on the System of Information of Marketing, they think about some considerations on the paper of the culture and its bond with the economic development, the Fund Cuban Cultural Goods Trinidad of Cuba is characterized and the results are exposed obtained about the characterization of the international tourism based on demographic variables and preferences. It was used the survey like fundamental technique to gather the primary information in the investigation. The used questionnaire is validated by the UNESCO. The results were processed by means of the statistical package SPSS - 13.0. The obtaining of the sample was calculated by means of the application of the Simple Aleatory Sampling. The results obtained in the same one were interpreted by means of proportions, descriptive statisticians and contingency tables.
