Resumen
En el presente trabajo se analiza la posibilidad de determinar rasgos significativos de las diferencias operativas entre electrodos homólogos y de diferentes clasificaciones, que aporten evidencias útiles para el desarrollo de metodologías de caracterización operativa de electrodos revestidos. Su principal objetivo es evaluar, de manera preliminar, diferentes tipos de electrodos revestidos mediante la conjugación de técnicas estadísticas, de análisis metalográfico, determinación de parámetros de consumo y de comportamiento de los parámetros eléctricos, en busca de indicios de la existencia de diferencias que permitan obtener criterios útiles para el desarrollo de metodologías de caracterización operativa de electrodos revestidos. A partir de los experimentos desarrollados y la conjugación
de técnicas estadísticas, durante la experimentación con diferentes tipos de electrodos para la soldadura de aceros al carbono; se obtuvieron resultados que aportan nuevos elementos para el desarrollo de metodologías de caracterización operativa para electrodos revestidos. Esto corrobora resultados de investigaciones similares reportadas en la literatura.
This work assess the possibility of determining significant features of operational differences between homologous electrodes with different classifications, which provide useful evidence for the development of methodologies for operational characterization of coated electrodes. Its main objective is to evaluate, in a preliminarily way, different types of electrodes coated by the combination of statistical techniques, metallographic analysis, determination of parameters of consumption and behavior of electrical parameters for evidence of the existence of differences that allow to obtain useful criteria for the development of methodologies for operational characterization of coated electrodes. From the experiments developed and the combination of statistical techniques, with different types of electrodes for welding carbon steels, evidence was obtained of the existence of differences which can provide useful criteria for the development of methodologies for operational characterization of coated electrodes. This corroborates similar research results reported in the literature.
