Los sistemas de gestión de la calidad en los procesos de manufactura según las normas internacionales de la familia ISO 9000, hacen referencia obligada a la importancia de la intercambiabilidad y a la evaluación y expresión de la incertidumbre de la medición en todo el proceso y que esta sea uniforme en todo el mundo. En el presente trabajo de diploma se tiene como objetivo principal analizar mediante el control estadístico los procesos de elaboración de punzones y obtener un procesamiento a partir de la relación de los parámetros estadísticos del control dimensional , como son los coeficientes de aptitud del proceso (Cp y Cpk), que controlan la dispersión y la tendencia central del proceso verificar el Control de la Calidad que se realiza en los talleres, para ello se escogen cuatro piezas diferentes de una producción seriada efectuadas en la Empresa Militar Industrial (EMI) CDTE. ERNESTO CHE GUEVARA de Manicaragua y en especial en la FÁBRICA 5, donde posteriormente se procesan los resultados de las mediciones realizadas mediante una serie de fórmulas estadísticas.
