Resumen
La presente investigación aborda lo referente a la movilidad laboral en el sector
agropecuario cubano específicamente en la Empresa Agropecuaria Corralillo. Siendo
precisamente esta variable de vital importancia para la eficiente administración de los
recursos humanos en una empresa, ya sea cubana o del mundo.
La movilidad laboral tiene como particularidad que es utilizada en diferentes países con
diferentes términos, pero en esencia su significado es el mismo, siendo precisamente el
movimiento de los trabajadores, desde un sector a otro, de un país a otro o en el
mismo sector.
Para la realización de la investigación se trazó como objetivo general, determinar las
causas de la movilidad laboral en la Empresa Agropecuaria Corralillo, mediante la
utilización de instrumentos estadísticos. En tal sentido se estructuró la investigación en
tres capítulos: el primero sistematiza todo lo referente a la conceptualización de la
movilidad laboral, en un primer momento lo referente a la teoría neoclásica sobre la
movilidad laboral, en un segundo momento se aborda este término pero
específicamente en Cuba y para un tercer momento se reservó el tratamiento de la
movilidad laboral en el sector agropecuario cubano. El segundo capítulo caracteriza la
Empresa Agropecuaria Corralillo así como la estructura de la fuerza de trabajo. En el
tercer capítulo se diagnostica mediante la utilización del programa estadístico SPSS las
causas de la movilidad laboral en la Empresa Agropecuaria Corralillo.
Para la realización del estudio se utilizaron métodos teóricos así como empíricos tanto
cualitativos como cuantitativos entre los que se encuentran, el cuestionario, la
entrevista a expertos y las técnicas estadísticas.
This research deals with the labor mobility in the Cuban agricultural sector, specifically in the agricultural enterprise Corralillo. This topic is of vital importance for the efficient management of human resources in any Cuban or foreign enterprise. Labor mobility is referred to in many countries with different terms, but generally speaking, their meanings are the same, that is: the movement of workers from one sector to another; from one country to another within the same sector. The general objective of this research was to determine the causes of labor mobility in the agricultural enterprise Corralillo, through the use of statistic tools. This research was structured into three chapters: the first one systematizes the conceptualization of labor mobility. In this chapter, the neoclassic theory on labor mobility is analyzed, then this term is described within the Cuban context and finally it was studied in the agricultural Cuban sector. The second chapter characterizes the agricultural enterprise Corralillo as well as the labor force. In the last chapter, the causes of labor mobility in the above mentioned enterprise are diagnosed by using the statistic software SPSS For this research, many theoretical and empirical methods (both qualitative and quantitative) were used. Here, the questionnaires, interviews to specialists and statistical techniques were included.
