Resumen
Desde hace varios años en nuestro país se trabaja para perfeccionar los
procedimientos que regulan el modo en que debe actuar nuestro personal técnico en
caso de intensas lluvias, y producto de este esfuerzo se han revisado tablas de
calibración de las obras de toma, aliviaderos, etc. Nos percatamos que la forma de
captación de los datos no estaba garantizando la reconstrucción correcta de las
avenidas ya que el desfasamiento en el tiempo muchas veces no era el correcto y
además al no existir modelos se plasmaban los datos en lo primero que se tuviera al
alcance de las manos, debido a que la información debe ser rápida concisa, certera y
bajo una gran presión por la cantidad de informaciones solicitadas a todos los niveles.
Se obtiene un sistema de registros para captar los datos fundamentales que intervienen
en la reconstrucción de las avenidas en las cuencas hidrográficas tributarias a cada
embalse e implementar los mismos desde las obras hidráulicas hasta las UEB de
Aprovechamiento Hidráulico, la Dirección Técnica de la Empresa y el Centro Operativo.
Se crearon registros para los partes con frecuencia de 2 horas que es lo decretado en
caso de alarma ciclónica pues las demás frecuencias están contenidas dentro de la
misma se generaron gráficas que aportaron una información oportuna de la dinámica
del tránsito de avenidas.
