Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general proponer un Sistema de
Tratamiento de los Residuales (STR) líquidos en el proceso tecnológico en la refinería
“Sergio Soto” de Cabaiguán para una eficiente separación de los hidrocarburos y aceites
del agua, logrando que cada uno de estos fluidos pueda ser reutilizado en el proceso
industrial. Para ello se describe el sistema de tratamiento de residuales líquidos en el
proceso tecnológico en la refinería “Sergio Soto” de Cabaiguán, se caracteriza el residual
líquido en el sistema de tratamiento de residuales, se diseña un sistema de tratamiento
de los residuales líquidos para el proceso tecnológico en la refinería y finalmente se
realiza un análisis económico del sistema de tratamiento propuesto. Se concluyó que el
sistema de tratamiento existente es obsoleto por lo que se diseñó un sistema que incluye
nuevos objetos de obras y se incorporan las centrífugas haciendo más eficiente el
tratamiento del residual líquido en el proceso tecnológico. Por lo que se recomienda
garantizar un sistemático control de mantenimiento a la infraestructura en cuestión,
logrando su funcionabilidad y hacer una evolución del sistema de tratamiento de
residuales periódicamente.
The present investigation has as general objective to propose a system of treatment of the liquid residuals in the technological process in the Refinery "Sergio Soto" of Cabaiguán for an efficient separation of the hydrocarbons and oils of the water, achieving that each one of these fluids can be reused in the industrial process. To this end, the liquid waste treatment system in the technological process at the "Sergio Soto" Refinery in Cabaiguán is described, the liquid residual is characterized in the waste treatment system, a liquid waste treatment system is designed for the technological process in the refinery and finally an economic analysis of the proposed treatment system is carried out. It was concluded that the existing treatment system is obsolete, so a system was designed that includes new works objects and the centrifuges are incorporated making the treatment of the liquid residual in the technological process more efficient. Therefore, it is recommended to ensure a systematic maintenance control of the infrastructure in question, achieving its functionality and making an evolution of the waste treatment system periodically
