Predicción de la compactación del suelo y demanda de tracción de equipamiento de transporte de la cosecha de caña de azúcar en condiciones de elevada humedad.

Resumen
Se realizó una investigación con el objetivo de predecir el efecto sobre el suelo
provocado por el tráfico y las cualidades de tracción de equipamiento para el
transporte de la caña de azúcar en alta humedad. El trabajo se realizó en la
Unidad de Base de Producción en Cooperativa Chiqui Gómez de la Unidad
Empresarial de Base José María Pérez, pertenecientes a la Empresa Azucarera
Villa Clara. La simulación del efecto del tráfico de las maquinarias y del
equipamiento agrícola sobre el suelo se ejecutó con el programa TASC V3.0 Los
principales resultados indicaron que los tractores YTO 1604 y el XTZ 150K 09
realizaron presiones sobre el suelo superiores a los 20 cm de profundidad en
ambos puentes, tuvieron un desempeño de tracción similar de 24,17 kN y 24,35
kN, respectivamente al igual que el coeficiente de resistencia a la rodadura (0,16).
Las máximas eficiencias de tracción del tractor YTO 1604 y del XTZ 150K-09
fueron de 56% y de 53% respectivamente, para un patinaje en ambos caso entre
14 y 18%. El remolque autobasculante demandó una fuerza de tracción de 45,98
kN a máxima capacidad la cual no es satisfecha por ninguno de los dos tractores
utilizados. Se recomendó realizar otras investigaciones de simulación al 75 y al
50% de la carga del remolque autobasculante en las mismas condiciones de
investigación y evaluar la utilización de otros neumáticos de mayor flotabilidad en
el tractor YTO 1604.
An investigation was carried out with the objective of predicting the effect on the soil caused by traffic and the tractive qualities of equipment for sugar cane transport in high moisture condition. The work was carried out at the UBPC Chiqui Gómez of the UEB José María Pérez, belonging to Sugar Company Villa Clara. The simulation of the effect of machinery traffic of the agricultural equipment on the ground was executed with the program TASC V3.0. The main results indicated that the tractors YTO 1604 and the XTZ 150K 09 made pressures on the ground superior to 20 cm of depth in both axles, they had a similar traction performance of 24,17 kN and 24,35 kN, respectively, as did the coefficient of rolling resistance (0,16). The maximum traction efficiencies of the YTO 1604 and XTZ 150K-09 tractors were 56% and 53% respectively, for skating in both cases between 14 and 18%. The self-tipping trailer demanded a pulling force of 45,98 kN at maximum capacity which is not satisfied by any of the two tractors used. It was recommended to carry out other simulation research at 75% and 50% of the load of the self-tipping trailer under the same research conditions and to evaluate the use of other tires with greater flotation in the YTO 1604 tractor.
