Resumen
En la presente investigación se realiza el rediseño del molino de bolas MB-800 destinado a la fabricación de un cemento ternario conocido como LC³ con el objetivo de aumentar la producción sin acrecentar significativamente los costos de fabricación de la maquinaria. En el primer capítulo de este documento se realiza una investigación teórica acerca de los materiales aglomerantes y los molinos de bolas, con los cuales se efectúa una parte importante del proceso de producción de estos materiales. En el segundo capítulo se exponen modificaciones en cuanto a los parámetros de molturabilidad y capacidad del molino de bolas, mediante las cuales se va a reflejar el aumento de la productividad de cemento LC³. Por último, se diseña el sistema de transmisión para obtener como resultado un motorreductor que satisfaga las necesidades de diseño en cuanto a la potencia necesaria y las revoluciones de trabajo del molino.
In the present investigation the redesign of the MB-800 ball mill destined to the manufacture of a ternary cement known as LC³ is carried out with the aim of increasing the production without significantly increasing the manufacturing costs of the machinery. In the first chapter of this document a theoretical investigation is made about the binder materials and the ball mills, with which an important part of the production process of these materials is carried out. In the second chapter, modifications are presented regarding the crushing parameters and capacity of the ball mill, by means of which the LC³ cement productivity increase will be reflected. Finally, the transmission system is designed to obtain as a result a gearmotor that satisfies the design needs in terms of the necessary power and the working revolutions of the mill.
