The Biomethane yield assessment, using rice dried residue in codigestion with cow and porcine manure was the goal of the present work. The anaerobic digestion process was evaluated in discontinuous system at mesophilic condition (35±ºC), for four mixtures, selected according to a Mixture design of extreme vertices. The Statgraphic Centiriun XV software was used to obtain the kinetic behavior, using a non-linear regression. The accumulated methane yield obtained experimentally adjusted well to the four models with a R2aj greater than 98,58%. The better methane yield was obtained for the mixture RS92:RV6:RS2 (351,19 L/kgSV), but without significan differences with the mixture RS90:RV6:RP4 (334,19 L/kgSV). For last, the economic assessment was realized obtaining a Payback Period of 2,8 years for the mixture of RS92:RV6:RS2, demostrating the process fesibility Key words: Anaerobic digestion, biomethane yield, kinetic equations, rice dried residue, cow and porcine manure
