Abstract

The present work consists of the elaboration of a brochure for the subject Project Management which facilitates the preparation of the students who study the Medium Technician in Civil Construction at the IPI ¨Antonio Maceo¨ de Placetas. For its preparation, information collection instruments were used, such as: review of documents, student surveys, interviews with teachers who work on the subject, these results being the basis for the analysis of needs. The preparation of the booklet required a thorough review of the bibliography of the topic "Project Management" and this is adjusted to the topic as proposed by the programs of the same.
