Resumen
El presente trabajo se titula: “Presupuestos teórico- jurídicos del Sistema Interno de Propiedad Industrial en una universidad cubana”. Su objetivo general es proponer los presupuestos teórico - jurídicos que deben sustentar el Sistema Interno de Propiedad Industrial en una universidad cubana a los efectos de su generalización. Hoy en día persisten problemas para proteger las creaciones derivadas de la Propiedad Intelectual en las entidades, lo cual es resultado directo de la no aplicación de estos sistemas, o de la incorrecta aplicación. Específicamente en las universidades, el tema en cuestión juega un papel fundamental, ya que constituyen el seno para el surgimiento de creaciones susceptibles de protección, cuyos titulares no pueden quedar desamparados. Existen tres universidades cubanas que se destacan por la implementación de sus sistemas internos de propiedad industrial: la Universidad de La Habana, la Universidad de Pinar del Río y la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas, por lo cual son las escogidas para su análisis. Específicamente en la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas se llevó a cabo un estudio detallado y se propone la implementación de un sistema interno de propiedad industrial. Para ello el trabajo se dividió en dos capítulos: el primero titulado Gestión y Sistema Interno De Propiedad Industrial. Valoración teórica- jurídica en Cuba y el segundo se nombra Sistema Interno de Propiedad Industrial en las universidades cubanas. Análisis comparado. Se arribó a diversas conclusiones que serán de ayuda para la mejor comprensión del asunto en cuestión.
The present work is entitled: “Theoretical-Legal Budgets of the Internal System of Industrial Property in a cuban university ". Its general objective is to propose the theoretical and juridical presuppositions that must sustain the Internal System of Industrial Property in a cuban university for the purposes of its generalization. Nowadays problems persist to protect the creations derived from the Intellectual Property in the entities, which is a direct result of the non-application of these systems, or of the incorrect application. Specifically in the universities, the subject in question plays a fundamental role, since they constitute the bosom for the emergence of creations susceptible to protection, whose holders cannot be left helpless. There are three cuban universities that stand out for the implementation of their internal systems of industrial property: the Universidad de La Habana, the Universidad de Pinar del Río and the Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas, for which they are chosen for analysis. Specifically, in the Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas a detailed study was carried out and the implementation of an internal system of industrial property is proposed. For this, the work was divided into two chapters: the first titled Management and the Internal System of Industrial Property. Theoretical-legal assessment in Cuba and the second is named Internal System of Industrial Property in Cuban universities. Comparative analysis. Several conclusions were reached that will be helpful for a better understanding of the matter in question.
