Resumen
La investigación aborda la temática de la prevención de las ITS y VIH/sida en los
adolescentes por la significación que dicho tema posee en la actualidad. Teniendo
en cuenta que la prevención y tratamiento de estos comportamientos solo es
posible a través de un efectivo proceso de educación y orientación que prepare a
los y las adolescentes para vivenciar y experimentar su sexualidad de forma
responsable, ha intencionado la motivación para abordar dicha temática, por lo
que el objetivo de la investigación es proponer un sistema de actividades para
contribuir a la prevención de la ITS/VIH/sida en los adolescentes de 8vo 1 de la
ESBU “Julio Antonio Mella” del municipio de Caibarién. Se utilizaron diversos
métodos investigativos, del nivel teórico: histórico-lógico, inductivo-deductivo,
analítico-sintético, sistémico estructural, modelación y del nivel empírico: análisis
de los documentos, observación, entrevista y encuesta y del nivel matemático-
estadístico el análisis porcentual. La investigación resulta novedosa porque
presenta un sistema de actividades atractivas a través de variadas técnicas
participativas, que promueven la reflexión, demuestran cómo aprender sobre las
infecciones de transmisión y adoptar actitudes más flexibles y dinámicas, que
elevan el conocimiento sobre la prevención de las ITS y el VIH-sida en los
adolescentes.
