La formación de profesionales de la educación para la rama Mecánica ha transitado por varios planes de estudio, según las tendencias en la formación de los profesionales, se toman las decisiones curriculares para que los planes de estudio vigentes aspiren a la formación integral expresadas en los modos de actuación de los estudiantes. En el trabajo se aborda la forma de lograr a través de la disciplina Formación Laboral Investigativa las aspiraciones de formación integral expresadas, con la aplicación de un Material de Estudio relacionado con los riesgos laborales. El estudio de algunos riesgos laborales observados en las Prácticas de Producción y los Servicios realizadas en diferentes años de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Mecánica, permite trabajar en función de lograr la relación entre las diferentes disciplinas estudiadas a través del currículo y su relación con su futuro desarrollo profesional, trabajando en pos de la formación de un egresado de mayor integralidad. Se seleccionaron estos riesgos laborales a partir de las condiciones de trabajo observadas y del intercambio realizado con obreros y dirigentes. Se analiza también el papel que juega el mejoramiento de las condiciones de trabajo en el logro de la protección del hombre y su medio, así como en la obtención de resultados productivos y de servicios con calidad. Con la aplicación práctica del Material de Estudio en el proceso docente y la vinculación del mismo con algunas de las estrategias curriculares de la carrera, se logra una articulación correcta en la aplicación del plan de estudio.
The training of education professionals for the Mechanics branch has traveled through several study plans, according to the trends in the training of professionals, the curricular decisions are taken so that the current study plans look at the integral training expressed in the modes of student performance. Work is addressed in the way of achieving through the Research Training discipline the aspirations of integral training expressed, with the application of a Study Material related to labor risks. The study of some work risks observed in the Production Practices and Services carried out in different years of the Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Education, allows to work in order to achieve the relationship between the different disciplines studied through the curriculum and its relationship with its future professional development, working on the formation of a graduated with greater integrity. These labor risks were selected based on the observed working conditions and the exchange carried out by workers and leaders. The role played by the improvement of the working conditions in the achievement of man protection and its environment, as well as obtaining productive results and quality services, is also discussed. With the practical application of the Study Material in the teaching process and its linking with some of the curricular strategies of the race, a correct articulation is achieved in the application of the study plan.
