Resumen
Se realiza la presente investigación en la Empresa Porcina, provincia de Sancti Spíritus con el objetivo realizar un diagnóstico de comunicación organizacional. Para el mismo se tuvieron en cuenta los supuestos metodológicos de Yarmila Martínez (2009). La alternativa metodológica empleada es la mixta con predominancia cuantitativa, al que se le agrega un componente cualitativo. Para la recogida de información se utilizaron como instrumentos la revisión de documentos oficiales, la observación no participante, las entrevistas semiestructuradas y los cuestionarios. El principal resultado de la investigación se sustenta en el ínfimo nivel de gestión de comunicación en la Empresa Porcina de Sancti Spíritus.
Las recomendaciones están encaminadas a implementar el presente estudio, así como diseñar y efectuar el sistema de gestión de comunicación en la empresa.
The present investigation is carried out in the Porcine Company, province of Sancti Spíritus with the objective of carrying out an organizational communication diagnosis. The methodological alternative used is the mixed one with a quantitative predominance, to which a qualitative component is added. To collect information, the review of official documents, non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were used as instruments. The main result of the investigation is based on the very low level of communication management in the Sancti Spíritus Porcine Company. The recommendations are aimed at implementing this study, as well as designing and implementing the communication management system in the company.
